I am being hared by a mentally unstable landlord. i have 3 kids and am scared for their safety and mine.?

i moved into a new apartment with my husband and 3 young children about 10 months ago. since we moved in our landlord has called incessantly everyday saying that things are missing out if her apartment and if i know where they are. at first i thought she may have Alzheimer's or something related so i let it continue as not to be rude but than things escalated, she told neighbors my husband was an alien and was coming into her house and probing her at night after she told all the neighbors to stay away from us we called the police to report a disturbance. she said she keeps seeing a man that's haring her and i'm the reason why he's there when there is no one she's talking to. she has come into my home without any notice on several occasions. on top of this she said that somehow we are stealing her heat out of her vents and that she spent my 2,100 deposit on her gas bill and i won't be getting it back. on top of this she called DCFS on me saying i left my child at home alone when i take my other kids to school which has not and will not ever happen, i believe this was done as revenge for calling police on her. i recently found out that another person in my neighborhood has a restraining order out against her. This is just a couple things and i'm not feeling to safe and don't know what to do.

My husband and I have a year old right now. He is in the Marine Corp. and has been stationed in Japan for the majority of these two years =/ He has missed out on ALOT. I have a strange situation. My older sister (I'm male) is in a deep depression because she thinks (and my mom thinks) she molested me when we were little. She has never threatened me to not tell anyone, or that we have to keep it a secret. I think she was so young she didn't even think of it like that. I told her it's really not a big deal, and it only happened that one time. I truly believe in my heart she did it because she was curious, and had no intentions of hurting me. I also don't think she had any concept of what she was doing- I know when I was 11, I didn't understand what was the way I did later as a teen/adult. I think my mom is to blame because my sister admitted this to her, and my mom completely flipped out. She is calling my sister a child molester and that she should turn herself into the police. This situation was over 25 years ago! Did my sister really molest me, if she herself was a child and didn't even know what molestation was?

Rescued puppy mill dog..?

In November of 2009, I adopted my Shiba Inu from Best Friends (Dogtown) in Kanab Utah. She was 8 almost 9 years old. She had lived her whole life minus 6 months, in the puppy mill. She was a breeding machine and if Best Friends would not have taken her when they did...she would have been killed and not in a humane way (she was unable to produce anymore puppies). I have no idea what she endured in this mill. I have had her over a year and she still acts like I am a stranger. I treat her like a queen. When I come home from work, she actually will great me at the door...with her flat ears and squinted eyes (she does this when she is happy), but then 1 min later, she goes back to completely avoiding us. She will not let us touch her stomach or backside. She only really pays attention to us, when she is hungry, needs to go outside, is scared by a noise, she is jealous that cat is getting attention or I have been gone for 8 hrs and she says hello. She will take one step forward and 5 steps back. I know she may never come out of this and I am happy the end of her life she will actually get to be a dog, instead someones source of income. However, I would like her to show us that she loves us, like we love her. My cat acts more like a dog and my dog acts like she is the cat. I am not the kind of person that would normally think about or even wanna strip, but at this point I am thinking it is something that i should do for a little while so that i can at least get one foot out the door and be able to be independent again and support my daughter and myself. Why do my in-laws openly favor some of their grandkids?

My husbands parents have 8 grandkids. 4 girls from their oldest son, and 2 girls 2 boys from my husband(their younger son). The oldest son has four girls from 2 wives, then my husband has 2 girls from previous marriage, and we have 2 boys. They favor the oldest granddaughter, and my oldest son( the first grandson after 6 granddaughters). I have done this same thing with putting semen on the fertile focus ovulation microscope to see if there were sperm. I had a known donor at the time. we could see a lot of tiny tiny black specks wiggling around and swimming (which were the sperm). Then found out he had a very low sperm count even though we saw some in there. Try it again lay on your back so that the semen doesn't drip onto the light of the scope. Be very very still and hold it straight up. It took us a few seconds t focus since they were tiny but eventually saw them swimming. A semen ysis is the best way to tell when you get your insurance! Drinking does affect sperm but like you said people get wasted and get pregnant. I wouldn't worry to much about it unless he does have a low sperm count that you are trying to increase. Good Luck!

The Sims Three isn't working for me?

So I bought the Sims 3 after much anticipation. I download it and start up the game. No problem. I create a family of Sims. All is still good. I move them in and furnish the home. So far so good. I start to play with the sims and after maybe a minute of gameplay the sims freezes, the screen turns black, and the game shuts down with no explanation or even an error message. How can I fix this?

Yes...I would say that you need to add in more veggies and fruits. I know you had some, but it seems like you haven't had enough calories, so try to fill them with healthier ones. I recommend 5-7 servings of fruit and veggies per day. Also, eating healthy is great, but you need to also mix in some cheat snacks/meals. Some doctors say that occasionally eating an "unhealthy" meal, boasts your metabolism, because it has to work harder to break it down. That said, an occasional "unhealthy" meal needs to be of a reasonable portion (if you are trying to loose weight) and by occasional, it really should be occasional. All that said, it sounds like you are eating very healthy. Good for you!

I lived in Atlanta for 6 months, and loved it. Morning Traffic and Rush Hour are a pain though. However long mapquest tells you it takes to get somewhere double it and that's the real time. Gwinnett County is nice and probably the most affordable, but it's a little far from Atlanta. Alpharetta and Roswell are great, but on the expensive side, however they are pretty close to ATL. In general everything in Atlanta is much cheaper than most other places. Rent is cheap, food, is probably about the same as everywhere else, gas is cheaper, and they also have bundle packages for cable, phone, and internet. I would definitely reccomend moving there. While I was vacationing in California, I met this guy that I really liked. I am 16, and he is 17. Okay this is kinda R rated, so those that easily get grossed out by bodily functions may not want to read on.. Those that have stayed here's what's up. I have extreme dry mouth, I have to drink and drink and drink, drinking water almost makes me come to a feeling of great elation. But as soon as a drink the water I pee it out and then I'm back to having dry mouth. It seems I can't even stand up without having to go use the men's room and when I pee it's a lot. And then the cycle gets repeated. If I don't drink anything for a little while my mouth and throat get so dry that I have trouble swallowing. What the heck is going on?

Emotions don't work like simple logic. You probably SHOULD break up with him because of the turmoil he put you through, but you feel so strongly for him it makes even that notion difficult. I would say the best thing you could do is test him in a simple way. Ask him to be non-exclusive for a short period of time. Say two weeks or so, if you find that he does anything within that time period he wasn't that into you to begin with and is only dating you for the convenience factor. You should ask your friend to work with you as she gave YOU the ultimatum... not the other way around. Tell her you should get together - just the two of you, without the boyfriend.

I'm 13. My dad kicked my mom and I out on the streets of Oakland, CA when I was a baby. We moved in with my grandparents. Then they kicked my mom out, and I stayed with them. so last night i was in my first ever wreck. my car is totalled, the other vehicle IS PERFECTLY OKAY!!! the guy that i hit was in front of me and did not see that there was a stop sign (neither did i) so we were both cruising at the speed limit and when he got right on top of the stop sign he slammed on the breaks, i slammed on mine, and skidded right into his truck. i cried my eyes out, it was my first wreck, let alone first car and i'd had it for a year and a half, longer than anyone expected me too (everyone gave me 3 months when i first got it) so this whole process of getting everything figured out is confusing. my gpa always promised he'd get me a car, and he brought it up this morning, so ill probably get his bc he's been wanting to get a truck, ill just have to learn how to drive a standard. so i want to know your stories and everything that happened afterwards. please and thank you!

Should charges be filed as hit and run that resulted in a death?

My son's father was killed by a driver on March 11, 2008 in San Antonio, Texas (Bexar County) while walking home. There are so many conflicting information regarding his death it truly saddens me. He did not have identification on him so we believe his accident was truly mishandled. There are different stories to what happened. There's the police report which makes absolutely no sense. The police reports states he was crossing the street and he was hit basically. He knew this area like the back of his hand and would not have been crossing the street at that spot. He lived on the side of street he was walking so there was no reason for him to be crossing. Long story short. Witnesses and news report states he was hit from behind and thrown back into traffic. He was then run over by two other vehicles. The police report does not reflect any of that information. The driver of the vehicle DROVE OFF (that wasn't doented on the report) and went down the rode about 3/4 mile. Supposively to get in a safer location. He could have pulled right over by the accident and still be in a safe spot considering the location where he hit him was for vehicles to pull over. He never stopped or came back to render aid. Other witness pulled over to help. One witness said he was on his cell phone and went off rode and hit him. NONE of the witness cards were every turned in with the police report. Nothing ever happened to the young man who hit him who was driving a vehicle not registered to him and he was driving with a suspended/revoked license. HE WASN'T EVEN TICKETED FOR THAT. None of this is making sense to me. Why didn't he go to jail let alone get a ticket? NO breathalizer was performed. This was a fatality. Pictures were taken, but they were never turned in. 3 weeks after the accident the DA still hadn't received the accident report. There is so much missing regarding this accident. I feel it was a hit and run that resulted in a death and was swept under the rug. The police report is not accurate. No one is being held responsible for his death. This was a wrongful death.

Ok i was at my wrestling banquet today and i just came back from swimming. When i was coming back i ran to hit a volleyball and i felt a pain in my foot. I immediately sat down and looked at it. It turns out I stepped on a broken bobby pin. My foot hurts but my coach said the salt water would clean it so I went in the water then i went home washed it out with soap. a week ago, i put this thing called turkey bacon (they call it that, but its strips of turkey) in the microwave. i was making it for my brother and i. so it said to put two in for a minute and a half. i put four in, two for each of us. therefore, i doubled the amount of time and put four strips in for three minutes. i took it out and each piece was COMPLETELY black, burned and well it was crunchy lol. so obviously, no one would want to eat it. anyway, i told you this story to share my amazing microwave skills lol. it takes talent to send food to heaven :)

Actually Scrapbooking is what you make of it. Almost like some people use digital scrapbooking as well like graphic artist. Now i guess I am one of those addicted people because I am and yes I have a room. But I do it all traditional scrapbooking taking pictures, cardstock and different pattern papers creating a sort of collage with it and digital scrapbooking and also card making.
