Would it be better to wait until after new years to start an LLC?

Im planning on starting an LLC, with working DBA names underneath, and I am already taking clients. The clients, however, pay me directly as of now, and I just pay my "employee" and write him off. Would it benefit me to go ahead and form the company now, or are there any benefits to waiting until 2011?
