Embarring moment with my boyfriend, should i mention it or not?

last night i woke up like a 4 am with a "wet" feeling and was my period too early and really heavy i bled through my pj pants and the sheets. i had no choice but to wake him to change the sheets but he told me he would take care of the sheets while i showered. he put the sheets and my clothes in the washer. i can't help feeling extremely embarred, especially because of the amount of blood and that he cleaned, this morning he was normal and will be home in a little while, should i say anything or let it go?
