I am being hared by a mentally unstable landlord. i have 3 kids and am scared for their safety and mine.?

i moved into a new apartment with my husband and 3 young children about 10 months ago. since we moved in our landlord has called incessantly everyday saying that things are missing out if her apartment and if i know where they are. at first i thought she may have Alzheimer's or something related so i let it continue as not to be rude but than things escalated, she told neighbors my husband was an alien and was coming into her house and probing her at night after she told all the neighbors to stay away from us we called the police to report a disturbance. she said she keeps seeing a man that's haring her and i'm the reason why he's there when there is no one she's talking to. she has come into my home without any notice on several occasions. on top of this she said that somehow we are stealing her heat out of her vents and that she spent my 2,100 deposit on her gas bill and i won't be getting it back. on top of this she called DCFS on me saying i left my child at home alone when i take my other kids to school which has not and will not ever happen, i believe this was done as revenge for calling police on her. i recently found out that another person in my neighborhood has a restraining order out against her. This is just a couple things and i'm not feeling to safe and don't know what to do.
