If she likes a person that is moving soon, maybe you should wait until that happens and she has had a chance to cope with it and get over it. I know you want to rush in and see if you have a chance, but you may have a better chance in the near future. If she has feelings for someone else either your feelings could be hurt or she could be confused. If i were you i would continue to be her friend and try after her crush is out of the picture
