$10,000 Dollar Loan, No Credit, No Co Sign, $40,000 a year salary?

I currently have no credit, no co-signer, i make $40000 a year but i want a $10,000 dollar loan to start credit and buy a Polaris Rzr. I have $4000 to put down. Where can i go to get this loan? OR is it even possible?
