Car insurance claim- was it my fault?
a few days ago with the icy and wet roads i was driving behind a lorry which suddenly slwed down, i attempted to stop but when i did the car skidded and i went under the back. my car is a write off and wont start but could i claim as the car skidded? or is it completely my fault?
