Character talking about hallucinations he's had?

It's fresh and interesting, which is good. It's more realistic if you can relate to the character, but a little showing wouldn't hurt. I would also spell out the numbers, such as four and two, instead of numbers, it interrupts the flow of reading. Other than that, I like it :)
