Where can i get a thing to pin the pacifier to the baby?

When my sister was an infant, I remember my parents had these baby lapel pins that had a ribbon attached to them that you could snap around the handle for the baby's pacifier. That way when the baby spits out the pacifier, it doesn't fall on the floor or roll away or whatever. I remember this thing being very handy, and I would like a couple for my baby. The only ones I can find though, are collectible, heavy ones for like $30. I only need a cheap plastic lapel pin with a ribbon coming off of it; it shouldn't cost more than a couple dollars. Does anyone know where I can find this?
