Needs sleepover/girly night activities for toddler?

my daughter is 28 months. next friday her little brother is staying out and my hubby is working until 3am. so i thought we'd have a girly night. so far i have planned out that we're gunna have a bath, order pizza, get some chocolate and popcorn and watch DVDs in our PJ's and have lots of cuddles! i'm just looking for other ideas for a fun night with her since we have never done this before and since her little bro came along we don't have time to.
