I have a question about god?

God is able to prevent evil but God wants the human to try to figure out some problems on their own, because we(humans) can't rely everything on God. Satan(evil) was also an angel(as been told in the Bible) but he had turned towards evil. Is not that God can't kill Satan, but he is willing to give Satan another chance.
