Did I eat well today?
Yes...I would say that you need to add in more veggies and fruits. I know you had some, but it seems like you haven't had enough calories, so try to fill them with healthier ones. I recommend 5-7 servings of fruit and veggies per day. Also, eating healthy is great, but you need to also mix in some cheat snacks/meals. Some doctors say that occasionally eating an "unhealthy" meal, boasts your metabolism, because it has to work harder to break it down. That said, an occasional "unhealthy" meal needs to be of a reasonable portion (if you are trying to loose weight) and by occasional, it really should be occasional. All that said, it sounds like you are eating very healthy. Good for you!
