Are Kylie Shearling boots at Delia's comparable to Uggs?

I'm really looking for a cheaper alternative to Ugg boots, but they all are really thinly lined, and not quite as comfortable as Uggs. I found one brand, Kirkland from Costco that are nice, but I don't have a costco membership anymore so I was hoping to find another brand just as good. If anyone has tried the boots from Delia's, or know of another cheap brand please let me know. Thanks!
