Mybffwas2afraid to ask,since this is kinda a personal ques,but Umm...how do u get rid of a yeast infection?? ?

She said she's had it over a year, and when she got it, it's was umm itchy of course, and swelled.... And she put the vagisil stuff.. On it... And her mom tol her tht her moms doctor said to take this medicine for 5 days, but she took it for the 1st too days, and didn't take the pills anymore, and one side is like still swollen from when she had it.... And yes she discarges tht white stuff, but she doesn't wanna go to the doctor, and wants to know if there is a different cure??? Ohhh and she's 14 by the way
